Registration Fees
• Regular Participants: $350 USD (500,000 KRW)
• Students: $240 USD (350,000 KRW)
• Post-Conference Field Excursion: $140 USD (200,000 KRW), including hotel fee.
• Companion : $100 USD (140,000 KRW)
Includes: Registration, ice-breaker party, lunch (twice), banquet
Excludes: Accommodation and post-field excursion.
Refund Policy for Pre-Registration
You may cancel your registration within three weeks of completing the payment. During this period, cancellations can be processed directly by the registrant.
If more than three weeks have passed since your payment, please contact us at the email address below, and we will assist you with the refund process.
Please note that if you cancel your registration, you will need to re-enter your pre-registration information from the beginning.

If you would like to submit your abstract first and make the payment later, please complete the registration process and select the "Pay Later" option.
Then, contact us at [email protected] and include the email address you used during registration. We will grant you access to the abstract submission system.
